I bought about one nailpolish per week in the last months… and I should definitively stop. I store them on two shelfs and don’t have space for more and even if I decide to give some away it’s still too much. That said I bought a new one on Wednesday. It is from the new Limited Edition by essence called Metal Glam and is a gold topper. Now I do have a golden glitter top coat but this one looks like gold foil in clear polish. And it was only about 2€…

WHAT IS IT? Well this was a tough one. I was really wondering what I should do for this challenge. I refuse to paint ghosts or the like on my nails. And there were the new A England polishes waiting for me. So what should I do? It was just so easy: The green one is named “dragon” and this should be supernatural enough, don’t you think? To try out some more things from my nail order I added some glitter to imitate scales. And now look, that’s a Common Wesh Green, don’t you think? Well, it was really hard to get a picture that approximately showed it right. This is the best I managed and yet it still only gives a hint on how the glitter actually looks on my nails.

WHAT IS IT? I really wanted to use this top coat with the big green, blue and black hexagons and thought well this is the best to create a pattern with it, you just have to place all hexagons seperately. And as my rainbow toe nails where ready to be renewed I did this on my toes.

WHAT IS IT? As I said, I don’t own yellow nail polish. The closest to yellow I have is gold. And you know you can do much with gold. So I made glittery ombre nails and now they looked like dipped in gold (really hard to take a picture of though).

Today I’m joining Ginny’s Yarn along with a finished object. My Gemini is finished. And the blanket is growing as well. Look how big it is already! It is starting to be heavy and bulky but that is how it is supossed to be. Only the socks have not been knit this week but I will try to get on with them this weekend.
